I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this product is too expensive to not let anyone else know the challenges I’ve experienced after spending my hard earned money on this case. It says clearly that it stores two Studio Displays, I bought it for that reason only. I’m a military guy (US Army) who’s retiring and moving to another state, I was packing up my belongings to go into storage but planned to keep my displays and Mac Studio with me. I learn about this case so I purchased it, and there’s absolutely ZERO instructions on how to pack the displays in the box, there are NO instructional videos on this site, online, nor on YouTube. I reach out to contact Jasoncases via email and I get a response asking me about my setup, I answer and then NOTHING, days later I call the number for them on Google, NOTHING. So it’s been 2 weeks now since I’ve purchased the DUAL monitor case and I’m only able to put one in the box. No assistance, no help, no instructions. Just a huge F off from Jason Cases. It’s ridiculous and unsatisfactory and for that I would say go spend your money elsewhere. BUT Jason cases if y’all would actually like to correct this and be helpful with your product and how to actually put two displays in this box my email is going to be shared here.
